The Dubai Marine Beach and Spa is a modern hotel complex made up of 33 low rise villas built in a contemporary Arabic style and set in landscaped grounds adjoining the beach; six kilometres from Deira Old Town. The 195 guestrooms, over two floors, feature light, pastel tones and contemporary furnishings. All include satellite television, dial up Internet connections, desks, direct dial phones with voicemail and free local calls, climate control, minibars and safes. Bathrooms have bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. The half board room rate incorporates buffet breakfast and dinner each day. The hotel has a number of dining options including: a Lebanese restaurant serving Middle Eastern cuisine in a traditional Arabic setting with live entertainment, a cafe offering an authentic taste of Arabia, a Cuban restaurant, an Italian restaurant with a terrace for outdoor dining, a fresh seafood restaurant, and French, Tex Mex, Japanese and Thai cuisine. Christmas and New Year package From the 26th of December 2008 to the 8th of January 2009 either lunch or dinner each day will be included. In addition the hotel will host a gala dinner on the 31st of December 2008. All guests are charged for the dinners whether or not they attend. Fees for the dinners are already included in the room rate.
